Mushroom Shawarma package • 2 baked pita breads • 50 g lettuce leaves • 50 sliced tomato • 50g sliced cucumber • 40ml garlic 


Place a pan on medium high heat.
Add some olive oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and the red onion to the pan. Bake 3 minutes. Then, add the shawarma herb mix and bake for 4 minutes. Finely chop the parsley. Open a pita bread and spread 20ml garlic sauce on both sides. Then, stuff the pita bread with 25g lettuce, 25g sliced, 25g cucumber and half of the mushroom shawarma. Finally, top the stuffed pita with the fresh parsley. Ready to serve!

Serving tip: Delicious with oven baked fries and a fresh salad.
