Mushrooms Kebab package • 2 sesame buns • 50 g lettuce leaves • 50 g sliced tomato • 50 sliced red cabbage ml • 40 g sliced white onion • 40 ml yogurt sauce • 

Place a pan on medium high heat. 
Add some olive oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and the red onion to the pan. Bake 3 minutes. Then, add the kebab herb mix and bake for 4 minutes. Finely chop the chervil. Open the buns and spread 20ml garlic sauce on both sides. Then, stuff each bun with 25g lettuce, 25g sliced tomato, 25g red cabbage, 20g white onion and half of the mushroom kebab. Finally, top with the fresh chervil. Ready to serve!
