200 g Mushrooms for stir-frying • 300 g steak • 400 g uncooked rice • 250 g oyster sauce • 150 g stir-fry vegetables: onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts, spring onion, leek and garlic • 6 sprigs of coriander • 3 tbsp turmeric oil.


Clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth. Cut the mushrooms, the steak and the bell pepper into strips, the onion, leek and spring onion into pieces and crush the garlic.

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package and add 1 tbsp turmeric when the water is boiling.

Heat the sunflower oil in a wok, fry the mushrooms on high heat for 3 minutes and fry the steak strips briefly. Add the onion, garlic and wok vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes, so that the vegetables remain nice and crispy. Now add the oyster sauce to the dish and heat it for another 1 minute.

Divide the rice over 4 deep plates and spoon the dish over it. Enjoy your meal!
