MUSHROOM PASTA SAUCE DELUXE
The mix of tasty exotic mushrooms consists of clamshell mushrooms, mini eryngii and oyster mushrooms. We added more delicate flavor with red onions, rosemary and garlic. Last but not least, you make it a creamy sauce with a stock cube and some cream which you need to add yourself.
RECIPE
1. Clean and coarsely slice the mushrooms.
2. Peel the red onion, halve and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
3. Heat the (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes on high heat until golden brown.
4. Then add the red onion rings and finely chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes on medium-high heat.
5. Add the cooking cream, balsamic vinegar and half a stock cube.
6. Cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency/thickness.
7. Meanwhile, gather the rosemary, chop it as finely as possible and cook with it for 1-2 minutes.
8. Season as desired and serve with your favourite pasta. Enjoy!
Tip: add diced ham or bacon.
