COQUILLES SAINT JACQUES FROM KING OYSTER MUSHROOM

 
Vegan coquilles made from the famous king oyster mushroom. For optimal taste we marinate the coquilles in a herb and garlic marinade and serve them with fresh dill. Fine vegan dining with mushrooms!

Recipe

 

  1. Cut the vegan scallops crosswise (halfway up the scallop) so you get a diamond pattern.
    2. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil to the marinade and marinate the vegan scallops for 15-20 minutes in the fridge (with the checkered side in the marinade).
    3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the vegan scallops over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. While doing so, be careful not to burn the marinade. Season to your liking.
    4. Chop the dill as finely as possible and garnish the vegan scallops with the finely chopped dill.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
